"Baby Don't Cry (Keep Ya Head Up II)" is a posthumous single by Tupac Shakur and Outlawz from the album ''Still I Rise''. It features H.E.A.T., E.D.I. Mean & Young Noble and vocals from Heavynn, Erika and Tiana of pop band H.E.A.T. It charted at #72 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100.

The video was made for the song and it was shot from September 1–3, 1999 and is the only song from the album to have a video. The song The Outlawz performing at road paints of 2Pac and features footage of Keep Ya Head Up. The video is also similar to Keep Ya Head Up as it has a emotional story line and it is a low budget film.
